The salient features of this enlarged and enriched edition are as follows: Volume I deals with various business legislations. The Contract Act and The Sales of Goods Act have been further improved to make them student-friendly. In Part III, Limited Liability Partnership Act has been supplemented by incorporating changes made in LLP (Amendment) Act, 2021, with commentary and legal provisions explained in detail.
